we are so excited to share our city with you- we will create both a Travel page with information on hotels, airports and transportation, as well as a things to do page to share our LA favorites with you! Stay tuned!
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET AROUND?
when in la, do as the locals do — uber! while rental cars are absolutely an option, we’d encourage you to check your hotel’s daily parking rates before deciding, as parking costs in la can add up quickly. In many cases, rideshares end up being just as affordable and a whole lot easier.

Room blocks are coming soon! In the meantime, we
recommend staying in Sherman Oaks, Encino, or Studio City
— all close and convenient to the venue.
Burbank Airport (BUR) is the closest airport to the venue, with LAX being the next best option.
A word of advice for those unfamiliar with LA: the city can be deceiving! Neighborhoods that look nearby on a map may actually involve significant drive time, so sticking to these areas will make your weekend much smoother.
We also recommend avoiding hotels south of the venue, as that direction involves either heavy freeway traffic and/or mountain driving
