A word of advice for those unfamiliar with la: the city can be deceiving! Neighborhoods that look nearby on a map may actually involve significant drive time, so sticking to these areas will make your weekend much smoother.
We also recommend avoiding hotels south of the venue, as that direction involves either heavy freeway traffic and/or mountain driving.
